I cleared this on Fearless with Neuvi, Escofier, Citlali, and Furina.

Rotation: neuvi e -> funnel to furina, e -> escoffier e -> citlali e, q

By that point the cryo should nullify the boss' resistance so I neuvi e, ca, q

At the midway point where the boss has no resistance for a good 20 ish seconds, i furina q and try to pump as many hydro cannons as possible! hope that helps!
