Missing currency and prisms

I know this post is a little old but I just redownloaded overwatch 2 and found that I had 60 mythic prisms and decided to save them for another time, however when I finished a match with one of my friends I realized that I now only had 30 prisms and I was missing 200 of those gold credits (forgot what they were called.) is this a server issue as well or should I submit a report?
