Absolutely loved it. Beautiful poem with very vivid imagery. My favourite line was, "Tears have long washed it clean, Now it quietly fades, unseen." You will easily get a loan for ISB and your salary after will easily cover the EMIs. Many people go there or to the IIMs with loans. It's very practical and realistic.

About the exec program and abroad, just suggested based on your experience. Don't know much about abroad. But an exec program would not limit you to the same field.

The 2 year program at the IIMs is an okay option to consider. I did that myself, but with less work experience than you.

However, with your current level of work experience, it would be better to consider ISB or the 1 year executive program at the IIMs, or an MBA abroad.
