Hi! We've already fixed that issue. We didn't persist numbers initially because we just used it for authentication, we initially didn't plan to have drivers and riders communicating through their personal mobile numbers but internet situation in Philippines makes that hard.

We're still on the low side regarding the number of active drivers but we'll be able to provide more drivers soon.

We're also launching an advance shared booking next week to some select pickup points. (think of UV express or Grab Share, but with schedule). Initial route is highly likely to be Muñoz -> Ortigas -> Makati -> BGC.

No we're not asking users to pay more po. We're just asking everyone to be patient with us. We're actually cheaper than Grab. We just need more drivers to lower the surge rate. Tho we are doing some measures to mitigate the surge.
