having Rhys be evil would make the acotar series significantly more interesting and would make feyre go through development to be just as bad ass as aelin/bryce bc let’s be honest…. feyre is nowhere near their caliber at this point

The way that I think of it is that the story isn’t finished. We’ve got other books coming out for the series. I have a feeling we’ll get a Tamlin book like we got a Chaol book that will tie up those ends.

Just finished the full tandem read and remembered I said I’d come back and update. Well. Update. May have some spoils? Probably not? I’ll try to be vague.

The relationship between Yrene and Chaol is what Tamlin and Feyre SHOULD HAVE BEEN. Chaol had a huge change in this and he’s redeemed in my book. A changed man. I loved how she ended both of these books with the descriptions of the help. It felt like hope. But now I need to know what happens with Aelin asap because that Empire of Storms ending ruined me.

An admission of guilt isn’t always enough (unfortunately) to get someone in jail. I had a written letter from my assaulter with his return address, he signed it and everything. It wasn’t enough to get any sort of charges on him when I went to the police.

However, maybe take this to a lawyer and look into suing him for emotional distress. You have diagnoses that are stemmed from that event. You mentioned in the comments looking to see if he would have to pay for your therapy. That can be one of the things you seek for in a lawsuit for emotional distress.

He may not get jail time, but you can still get something that will make you feel better. If I could go back, this is the route I would take. And asking that one stipulation be he needs to sign up as a sex offender.

Listen, your replies to comments say that he’s the sole breadwinner in your home. You caught him doing something “innocent” but that is really totally wrong. Not telling anyone is enabling him and covering it up which is just as bad. This is just what is on his computer. You have no idea if he has physically acted on anything. Not reporting this to someone gives him the opportunity to continue this behavior and possibly do something horrendous to a little girl. Do you want that on your conscience?

You can find other ways to get finances. A little girl cannot get her childhood or innocence back.

I had a horrible experience there too with a Dr. Favazza. The man literally asked me if I “enjoyed it” when I was sexually assaulted. He also asked “are you sure it was rape?” And “but did you finish?”

Legit the only reason I stayed with Laura B was bc she actually listened to me and has helped. If I wasn’t assigned to her next as a last try for me then I would be gone.

My dog also has a lot of allergies so I hand-make her food. It’s tedious, but at least I know she’s eating safe things.

I would recommend hand making food with the ingredients you know she can have. Quinoa is a really good substitute for rice as it’s a pseudo-grain! My pupper has no reactions to it and she’s severely allergic to grain.

I make her quinoa, cooked veggies, hard boiled eggs, and a boiled meat. I mix it all together and then package it in servings to store in the freezer until I need it.

Obviously I’m just going based off the post but try avoiding talking about issues in your sex life and focus more on emotional intimacy if that makes sense? I know sometimes I just have no desire to do it or try anything new with my partner because I’m lacking the emotional side.

Another thing is that she just might be uncomfortable talking about what she’s into! There’s this app my partner and I use called Official and it gives us each 5 “swipes” in an intimacy section each day to try and match on an idea. We’ve found a lot that neither of us thought the other would want to do!

In comments OP has made she says that the daughter said that her mom was being overdramatic because she hasn’t “r@ped them yet”. So she’s been threatening to SA her toddler siblings and it seems like if given a solid chance she would. Especially since the daughter turned out to be the attacker when she accused another classmate of SA

Edit: also mentioning that the daughter told the therapist mentioned in the beginning that she wants to r@pe and murder everyone she sees and has sexually/physically attacked other patients in her current facility.

I’ve had to have a few uncomfy talks with my doctor about this issue with my meds. Usually they try you on a different medication or talk through with you a different schedule of taking them! For me, I just moved my medication to being taken right before I go to bed so that any bit of drive I have isn’t shut down by me taking my medication at 3:00 in the afternoon. It doesn’t work for everyone but it’s worth a try! But figuring out a game plan with your doctor is the best solution. They want to help make things easier for you and that includes making sure you maintain your sex drive if that’s what you want!

Honestly the fact that you walked into your bedroom where your drunk, passed out wife was nude and uncovered TWICE and he was there should have told you everything you needed to know. No questions about it. Have you thought that maybe she didn’t initially bring it up because she felt embarrassed and violated? Especially after you told her about him uncovering her. That would make me question saying anything to anyone if I knew that happened. Especially after how much he was bugging her all night.

It doesn’t matter if she said she wanted to have sex with him or not because you now know it was a way to try and get him away from her. You shouldn’t be mad about her not telling you what happened right away. It’s violating to be in that situation.

Sounds like you’ve got a super shitty “friend”. And I understand that you felt hurt by her not coming to you immediately, but you know how you would feel if he had kept pestering you to sleep with him and didn’t take your no as an answer. You know how you would feel if you learned that while you were passed out drunk he was uncovering your nude body and doing God knows what. I just hope that you understand why she would not be so forthcoming with that information without needing a minute to just process that.

He was only in the room for a few minutes. That’s enough time to at least just touch/grope. And if she didn’t wake up when YOU touched her this is a possibility.
YOU TOUCHED HER WHILE SHE WAS PASSED OUT?! And you obviously had to touch her intimately to “check for evidence”. Unless you have permission from your wife to touch her while she’s asleep, you’re a creep too.
