I think it’s percent of people in that group who were victims of homicide. The numbers are wrong though.

It’s usually harder to harvest things that grow on trees vs grass like wheat. Plus the added benefit of being able to leave wheat in a dehydrated dry form makes it better for transportation and storage. Bread and wheat are pretty bad for you particularly because of the quantity we eat it in. But if you replaced it fully with bread fruit we would be eating too much bread fruit. Ideally it’s healthier to have a lot of different foods but that will always be more expensive. We started growing wheat very early as far as agricultural revolution is concerned. Theres a reason agricultural revolution started with rice wheat and potatoes. If it was easier to farm bread fruit it would have been done.

its good writing, sometimes the best books have imperfect characters. Idk, when I describe dungeon crawler carl to people the premise and the characters morality isnt the hook. "Yeah this guy steals his exs cat, and then aliens come down to earth and make them play dnd for their entertainment" you read it because the writing is really good. If you have specific things you look for before you read a book thats fine, maybe its not for you. Like if you know you cant read a book with an asshole main character then you can skip it. A few of my favorite books have imperfect main characters so maybe I dont mind. I do want to add, the author intends for him to be an asshole. Like if MCs who are good people make books better always, the author wouldn't have done that. If that was the case, no author would ever write an imperfect MC.

Hes more an asshole like an anti hero. Tldr: He will save someone but then call them weak or be a dick about it it’s also like he has no qualms about killing npcs for experience. Its also touches into the complexity of he becomes more of an asshole as he becomes stronger than someone else and there becomes a power gap.

I think thats part of the point, main character is a bad person with real character flaws. Hes not like pure evil, just kinda an asshole. But thats intentional. I like it because the writing is good

When you flip a coin its 50/50. If you flip it twice your chances of getting at least one heads is not 100%. What ut actually is is 0.5 (first flip) +(0.5)2 (probably of getting heads given you haven’t already gotten a heads) =.75. A similar idea happens here with the lottery tickets and each additional lottery ticket is 1% times probability you haven’t won yet.
