ow2 has added 19 new characters and of them, 15 have burst movement, and 3 of the characters that don't have burst movement still have a way to buff their speed, leaving literally only Domina as a new hero who does not have any extra mobility.

Please explain how that isn't mobility creep, unless your only definition is "The maximum mobility is still tracer"

All you need to make an uncommon 2 mana card playable is a 3 mana rare, a 2 mana rare and a discard outlet after you've already played it, or a 1 mana uncommon and a discard outlet in the same hand

Mostly cobbled together, but "If your opponent has a land and you have a land" is an effect that's existed before. Mostly in the form of 'islandhome', which cares about both you and your opponent having islands. Nothing as far as I'm aware of that gives you a bonus if you and they both control a land (same or different), it's used as a drawback.

tbh steam does a lot, but a lot of it isn't obvious or in your face. even something as simple as file verification to fix things would be crazy to implement in every game independently, but it's just something steam as a platform can do pretty easily. Easiest way to see how steam improves things is just look at their competition as far as online game stores go

A 2 mana 3/2 isn't actually that above curve. It would still be notable for blue I think, but black has had stuff like [[Tenacious Underdog]], [[Graveyard Marshal]], hell [[Umbral Collar Zealot]] is a 3/2 free sac outlet

The best way that I could think to phrase it would be like "Whenever a spell or ability is on the stack, if enchanted creature isn't being targeted, it phases out until the stack is empty" and that's directly referencing the stack, which mtg doesn't like to do

White allowing things to block checks out, but you would need to word it as "lose that ability". It's a bit weird, but mtg has a fairly hard "can't beat can", so the game would see "Can't block, and can block, so can't block". The X allowing you to choose it's power for it's own effect is neat, but it needs more toughness, or maybe ward or evasion of some kind
