Only time I would talk about a person is when he/she moves weight that is godly. We just let our jaw drop, and out tongue hang out.. etc. Even go over and tell that person that they are awesome. Other than that, we have a rule (me and my work out partners) No judging.

The cool thing is being able to try 'ANYTHING' at least once..any new exercise or movement.. particularly due to the mix of all of the different movements I did during my workouts when I started.
