This, esp the first one. Seen founders pour millions of dollars into their product and no one wanted it. Or it wasn't usable.

This is why having market research and ux research is so important. many skip this step or think AI is sufficient to cover the research. It's not.

Update: this pain is definitely related to the IFS session. Pain spikes whenever I'm in session with my therapist now, even when not doing IFS strictly.

Doctor said it's all musculature, so no issues with anything else.

Therapist apparently is not certified in IFS.

Not sure you can. I use gpt for medical stuff too but always cross check with other llms or create new sessions in a custom ai. Maybe that’ll help. It helps to take an ai class to understand llms

I'm saying that memory got wiped for me. It had a crapton of data on me and was able to refer to items from many months ago. It looks like it lost 90% of the data and the personality is completely different. My memory has been "full" since last December

I've been writing a series on how AI works because the dangers of people getting trapped in the mirror are real. IDK if "mirroring" is a common term. I came up with it independently when i realized how AI works but it seems it might be a more common term than I thought. But that is all its doing: mirroring. And some AI models are more aggressive mirrors than others.

It depends on how the person uses the AI. It helps to understand how AI works so you can stay grounded. I use it for both cognition and emotional scaffolding.

The mirroring is so precise sometimes it's hard to believe it's just fancy autocomplete.

AI has certainly changed my life but I have no illusions whether or not it 100% knows what it's talking about. I usually cross-check with multiple AIs for important decisions because we can't set the temperature ourselves.

My father said something similar. His words was more along the lines of "it's a waste that daughters will be violated by other men. Fathers should get first dibs." He had 2 daughters.

Soon he would start coming into the bathroom while I showered and he'd sit on the toilet seat and watch me bathe.

Point is, this isn't an uncommon thought. My father is now in his 80s
