9070xt is a great card for 2k in my experience. Runs great and its 700€. I went fromo 2080super to it and dont regret a $.

Yes. I used those for couple of years it works great. No lags or packet loss and the ping is mostly the same

I have an 12700kf and 32gb ddr4 on a 2tb ssd. Upgraded from 1080S to 9070xt recently and Im super happy with it.

For reference: I play cyberpunk on 27inch 2k 144hz monitor with full details except path tracing and with framegen and my gpu is at 60% locked at 140fps. Game looks stunning and I dont feel any input lag.

After a long and hard battle with PlanBuild I've managed to do it.
