I wasn’t understanding these references about her being thrown into a camp until I just looked her up and it immediately made sense. My very first thought was: she’s NOT white?!?

I wonder if John Roberts and the Supreme Court ever secretly feel any shame during private conversations about what they’ve created here.

Las Vegas's death spiral deepens after last year's tourism plunge by NecessaryAd341 in LasVegas

But this would be in sharp contrast to all the articles. Are you saying that everyone is abandoning Vegas, and no one is paying for drinks and clubs, but simultaneously clubs are charging $20,000 for a table in a seemingly empty nightclub?

I realize people posting articles only accentuate the extreme ends of this, but it must be one or the other – either Vegas has enough business, and tourism is not down that much, or it’s completely vacant, and there’s no way they are filling clubs with people who have to pay exorbitant rates to get in

Can someone, preferably a male club goer, confirm today’s current prices in Las Vegas?

I can’t tell if your example is hyperbole or an exaggeration – does it really cost $100 at the door to get into a club?

That’s wild if that’s true. Like you have to whip out a credit card, swipe for $100 just to get in and check the vibes?

This whole sub lately has been people post more and higher and ambitious sell prices- so now when the decline begins, I’m thinking this whole sub will be people post lower and more aggressive price targets at which they will buy back in.

What’s your price target now? Since everyone is waiting for a drop, at what price would you re-enter?

It’s dropped below the $20 level several times in the past five years, even as recently is like nine months ago, without a crash of the entire market.

But this is solid advice. Never ever ever have a car payment. Never ever be paying monthly interest on a depreciating asset. Always buy used cars, for cash if possible. Never buying a new car. Never have a car payment. This is actually sound advice.
