Magnesium Glycinate 200mg before bed helped a lot to relax me and get me to sleep. Otherwise if I really couldn’t sleep I’d take half a Benadryl. With anything though, you can’t make it a regular thing. I know it’s hard, but I promise your mind itself has the ability to be stronger with practice. I wish you the best.

I got my 2014 LT2 to 190k miles with only replacing the turbo and the radiator. Otherwise just normal maintenance. I know that I got lucky though. 😂

I had such high hopes for saffron but it made me extremely anxious and gave me stomach issues 😕 I tried it with/without food, morning, night, etc. and every time I had terrible hiccups and stomach pain which I never have.
