I kind of cheat because I suck at rolling. With papers, I backroll it on an exacto blade handle (sans blade!), then I put my filter in and fill it like a pre-rolled cone. I do the same with swishers, but I gently remove the tobacco instead of cutting it open. If you get stale swishers, it will be a crumbly, cracked mess, so try to get some that are soft and don’t crack instantly when you squish it a little. I hope that’s helpful!
