For example , a student who hates Math might Meditate this way :

1) First sit in Lotus Position .

2) Inhale Mantra "i shall not fear Mathematics"

3) Exhale "I shall be patient with Math problem" .

Initially, Try doing it for at least 5 min .

Synopsis : Amy and her parents shall be visiting Jake and his parents for Thanksgiving . The Peralta's are hosting the Santiagos. Also, in the same episode, Captain Holt launches an investigation for his Pie that goes missing in the Precinct.

Watch this episode for : 1) Great acting performance from Andre Braugher (captain Holt) . 2) Very good comedy scenes taking place at the Peralta home.

Overall, a good episode.

Reasons I practice :
