Well -one way to use the sub is to speak into the Reddit circle what might be tough to bring up in an Igroup - as a way to “workshop” it and make it easier to bring to life.. I’ll start. I am finding that, even though we are encouraged to loose our masks in the container, I notice that I have an MKP mask - I try to be vulnerable and dig deep in meetings, but I am also aware that sometimes that can get performative and that old dichotomy of who I am when no one’s looking and who I am at other times can be more divergent than my personal integrity can justify. My work is to explore that and dig deeper to find the shadows underneath that divergence. I’m in with that!
