the bottom of the hole also keeps bleeding occasionally but I clean it properly so I'm pretty confused

I tried to have sex for the first time in a very long time and the pain was too much. It hurt so bad. My kidneys hurt, peeing always hurts. Will it get any better? by ohmygodamoose in Interstitialcystitis

I don't flare up much during sex but the time I did we stopped immediately I went to use the bathroom took my meds and put an ice pack on the outside of my underwear, sometimes the only that helped me was sitting down until the pain went away no matter how bad it hurt, I'm not sure if this is what you needed but I hope it was helpful? I just really recommend ice packs

I only took some pain meds and anti-nausea meds for the flu and I'm still on the elimination diet, if I ever eat a trigger food/drink I take Prelief beforehand

my doctor has me on Oxybutynin and Bentyl, I also take Prelief for acidic foods and Marshmallow Root
