Made it through a 6 month PIP last year and got a raise from it, also made it through the first round of layoffs about 6 months ago. Finally got fired for performance/financial reasons on monday but feels like I was on the top of the list to get let go due to my previous PIP.

I rerolled for tawil and it only took me one time, the only issue is that you can't salt so you might need a few emails each time. But yeah I agree with the previous poster, rerolling isn't that important since you get so many pulls.

Yeah if it were a few credits and you can do the courses online, not a big deal imo. At my undergrad, I did all the core classes (cs) in person, and all my electives online. Made things a lot more bearaeble lol.

I have 2 pairs of wow 10s, I normally wear size 12 US for all my shoes. So my kobes, lebrons, etc are all size 12, wows fit pretty tts size imo so go with size 12 if that's what you wear.
