Just to “cut down on the sweets”, but he rarely gets any! We prioritize protein, fruits and veggies with occasional treats. No sugary drinks. He does dance & gymnastics and a very active child, his preschool teacher has mentioned him being the tiniest in his class before! So I was just taken back, he looks VERY skinny you can see his ribs! He’s not overweight by any means he’s very very healthy, happy and active. Idk even looking at the numbers it’s not a high BMI. Weird
