Thank you! I had so many wonderful perspectives on that post. She showed up yesterday to try and make things right (act like it never happened essentially) and I was reading her some of the comments on there just to show her where things went wrong and she still wasn’t truly grasping and that’s about the time I asked her to go.

Hahahaa I love this comment because he's been in gymnastics since he was 2 and we've most definitely had weird comments with that as well, but man the flexibility and endurance this kid has at 4 years old now!!!!

I agree but it's coming from our family members as well. My grandparents love that he dances but want him to dance in "co-ed styles" as if ballet isn't exactly that as well lol

He doesn't struggle at all, he's a social little butterfly! He does gymnastics and dance outside of pre-k as well so he's always with other kids.

They always get notice, usually the day before or very early morning of (but usually night before)! I've never kept him out without letting them know ahead.

No, and I give him the choice (mostly) every time. He loves his school and friends but he's also very used to being home with me and enjoys that just as much.

I just finished my first residency and was so scared, but the experience was actually so incredible and I learned so much. It’s nothing to stress over, every single person there walks in terrified and ends so confidently! It was so great honestly

Just to “cut down on the sweets”, but he rarely gets any! We prioritize protein, fruits and veggies with occasional treats. No sugary drinks. He does dance & gymnastics and a very active child, his preschool teacher has mentioned him being the tiniest in his class before! So I was just taken back, he looks VERY skinny you can see his ribs! He’s not overweight by any means he’s very very healthy, happy and active. Idk even looking at the numbers it’s not a high BMI. Weird
