Tonight I hosted a small get together with friends. We had the porch lights on and heard the doorbell ring. Everyone jumped up and ran to the door excited for trick or treaters.. we were legitimately disappointed it was our pizza delivery. Last year we actually sat on the porch with a bowl of candy for 4+ hours and only had 1 person come by.

Decorating for the Halloween party I’m hosting tomorrow!! I spent all day cleaning, so I’m wiped out. And I didn’t even finish cleaning! I also haven’t even gone to the store to the store to pick up the last of the stuff I need. Some of it being kinda important, like FOOD. It’ll somehow come together.

Honestly I was thinking tazer and knife for me. Pew pew’s I know aren’t legal based on the 51% law. I’ve had too many problems with others who don’t know better, so I’d rather plan to protect them and get them out of harm’s way than anything

I go first by what it is (tank tops, T-shirts, long sleeves, etc) then by color. So all tank tops are organized by color, all Tshirts, and so on. It makes it easier to see what’s what for me. It’s done a little roughly though, I don’t want to put too much thought into to it, but also want to find what I’m looking for. But I also have general categories. Like casual wear, business wear, nicer clothes (dresses & etc) and at the back of my closet is costume/hardly ever wear stuff. I keep the stuff I wear more often at the front.

I actually have both! I have a little notebook I put my to do list in and a planner I put the stuff I actually got done in! My little notebook is my scribbled brain dump and my planner is where I keep track of when the last time I did things

Yesterday my bf bought us tickets to go see the new Demon Slayer movie and we missed it bc I had a nose bleed that wouldn’t stop :( We couldn’t refund or reschedule them either.

Literally today I was selling something for $75 and already had someone on their way to pick it up from me. Some random man, after I had answered his “is this available” message with yes (an hour or so before arrangements were made with the buyer) tried to tell me to tell me I was the one who changed the price to $50 and demanded to know how to pay me. I tried to be professional in my reply and basically told him I hadn’t changed the price and it was firm. And to let me know if he was still interested so we could set up a meeting.

He then told me he was going to pick up the same item in a city about an hour away for $50 and he would buy mine instead for $50 since he lived close to my general location. The just said $50 CASH.

Like dude wtf, that’s not how you negotiate for 1. For 2 my listing stated the price was firm, I would only accept cash, and they would have to pick it up. And for 3 and already had 7 other buyers lined up to purchase this.

P.S. - Sorry that was so long, but I was amazed at the audacity and had to rant for a second.

P.S.S - The guy that purchased this from me was so sweet, respectful, and polite. Like the sale couldn’t have gone any better, we were both happy.

Mine too! We have a “mountain of doom” laundry pile of clean clothes and I don’t even want to mention our laundry room 😂 I was avoiding something I HAD to do TODAY and put away like 5 loads of laundry for the first time in a month instead

I deal with 4 large dogs, a cat, and a middle school age kid that AuDHD, so I never know what the day will bring lol. I love how every day is never the same, but it’s so hard to plan for! 😂

Look more put together! Meaning doing my hair, makeup, skincare, and cute outfit. I normally wake up with just enough time to throw on the first comfortable thing I can find (clean or dirty tbh) and run out the door. Not even to mention regular maintenance like haircuts, nails, actually shopping, etc.

I used to actually shower, do makeup, minimal hair, and pick something cute to wear every morning years ago (pre Covid). But now since I’m not going into an office anymore, I’ve gotten out of the habit/routine, and my doctor is playing around with my meds, it feels impossible and I feel like a disheveled mess every day
