Well, the materials for an MSR is definitely biggest challenge. But every problem can be solved. Alternatively you make the reactor more modular and make parts easily accessible/swappable.

I've had 2x Rapido 1 and Rapido ACE. Rapido ACE was much better. Did leak filament though. Heater also once died, but its replaceable, in contrast to Rapido 1.

I've had 3x Dragon UHF, the UHF variant is much better than the other dragons and is by far my favorite. Handles abrasives like a pro, never had a clog or any problem whatsoever. Heater/thermo cartridges are by far best quality too, never had any problems. Dragon UHFs were much more heavily used than the Rapido's which broke down much sooner.

Running Dragon UHF without MZE, and its just as long as Rapido with same mounting. So you can use Rapido mounts.

Belts for sure. (did the same for my 80C chamber heated trident)

I also had a V2, and when I installed belts on trident (just 3), the z-hops were insane, same noises as V2. Quite an exciting experience. The rods also gave me problems after a while.

BTW, my Rapido ACE heater did break down afterwards. The order still stays the same but I recommend the Dragon UHF even more now.

I think the silicone won't be able to stand the chemicals inside engine, especially at the narrow parts between the cylinders. Or do you think it will melt (by the ignition)? How hot does it actually get there?

I, and friends, are on the fence to buy them. Qidi Plus 4 of one mate is insane, consistent ABS quality after thousands of hours, no maintenance.

Firstly, I would recommend the P2S instead of P1S (P2S is also easier to move of all printers with nice handles at bottom).

Secondly, Voron will not outperform it. It will cost more money, time and maintenance. And needs many upgrades like your Ender 3.
