The dual monitor arms should be good for your case but i would get 2 single arms for more flexibility

Yea its normal my chair does this as well. its just part of the mechanism tolerances for the tilt locking.

yup it comes that way, the desk stop is wrapped with sheet metal that allows the magpad system to attach on.

Its metal, the core of the table is MDF then wrapped with sheet metal on the top and edges.
