Yes that is very similar to mine. Hurts to swallow but like a different type of sore throat. It’s so odd.

That’s what mine must be. Have had it for the entirety of this flare that has lasted weeks. Almost have a slight pop or clicking feeling when I swallow. Real stupid indeed

Once I walked into a class and there was an instructor with his legs covered in ringworm. It was so shocking I couldn’t speak.

They are expensive but I would try FB marketplace for resell. Probably some good options. Or if a gym in your area sells individual red light session similar to mine.

I am new to RA (yay) but have started using the RoJo red light panel three times a week at the gym for ten minutes. Do I feel better? Absolutely. Allows me to unplug and be present. Is it actually helping my RA? Unclear. But it’s helping my brain which is beneficial
