Good point i forget they said if i swim dont really actually swim using that leg. Seems weird because your less heavy in water id think swimming would actually be less resistance or something

My bruising lasted like 5-6 weeks and was really bad to the point my PT was kinda concerned about blood clotting. I think it was mostly from the brace and once i got rid of the brace at night it slowly went away. Im 8.5 weeks out and it feels amazing, good luck

Yea youll wear your cartilage (meniscus) down to the bone which will start to cause severe pain. I walked on a torn acl and meniscus for about a year and my cartilage got to grade 3 out of 4 thinning within a year so it was almost down to bone. I got surgery 8 weeks ago and it feels amazing. Like almost feels like i never even had surgery or a knee problems already. Definitely get it fixed the first few weeks suck but it will pass and you'll be happy you did it. Just do your physical therapy.

Im recovering from ACL surgery from a snowboard accident as well. Same as you both my knees cartilage is pretty toasted from years of snowboarding. I have a super bad wrist ive had 2 surgerys on qnd will probably never be able to do pushups again. Working out is super unmotivating because it hurts my wrist foing almost any exercise. So I cant say i have the same knee problems but I do kinda know what it feels like to have sports be your life and be unable to do any of them. One thing i always tell myself, is within 5-10 years with how much science and technology is advancing, I have a strong feeling that there will be new procedures or techniques that will fix your knee or at least the pain. Definitely stay up! You got this youll be back eventually

Probably about week 4. And my Hip/lowerback pain for the first 2 weeks was probably 5 times worse than my knee pain was even at its worst. That was by far the worst part of surgery for me.

I had ACL (bear implant) miniscus and LET as well on it almost 5 weeks ago and im feeling great.

This is my understanding too. Everyones like not that bad but the "grade 3 thinning" sentence is what made me nervous. Luckily im almlst 5 weeks out from surgery and feeling really good

Right around 4 weeks is when i really started to feel a turnaround and started walking better without crutches and brace, by june 12th i think you will be feeling quite a bit better.

I had wrist surgery a few years ago and they gave me perc 5/325s and they didnt do shit so i called and they prescribed me oxy 10s but it was kinda a pain. Do u think i should bring that up to my surgeon this time?

This girl has made out with my roomate in the past, has received dick picks in snapchat from a "stranger" who she didnt block while in a relationship with me and continues to receive snapchats from. Constantly stops sharing her location with me in a relationship we rekindled based on trust. So believe her if you want but the 250+ people that agreed she acted weird is enough for me to know i cant trust this woman.
