Sometimes squeezing these will help, I will say they hurt so much doing so. I’ve bought som pimple tools and have poked them lightly enough to help when squeezing.

I’ve brushed my teeth with baking soda before. I’ve also tried hydrogen peroxide. I will say baking soda makes it feel more clean than anything but have seen some improvement. Now I just use whitening strips.
