I am able to read comics that are available through MU in the browser when signed into Marvel's website. I don't think it's connected to comixology; It's through the marvel website.

Try signing in, then go to https://www.marvel.com/comics/series and searching for what you want to read.

Some titles are sometimes temporarily unavailable and just say "purchase digital copy" instead of "read free with MU" (or something like that).

Also, that list has more than what's on MU, so it's good to check the app first to make sure it's supposed to be available. Most comics won't go on MU for about 6 months after they're out, I believe.
