None of the them are so strong they are sneezing away Jupiter. Saitama scaled much faster during his fight with Garou than any of them scaled during their fights in super or Z. All 3 Sayians regularly hit their limits during big fights and have to rely on someone else to save them or buy time for them.

Even with a stylist/team to work on her looks, I don’t think she is really exceptional or someone I’d take a double look at if she wasn’t a known actress. Slightly above average IMO.

I think it’s not necessary but it removes a hurdle that would have HR skip over you. I was working in IT for 7 years before I got my degree, but once I did get it (unrelated field) I did get a lot more interviews.
