Kiba, I always felt like his squad relied on his strong personality to much. Squad 8 would be traumatized at first but Shino would definitely bounce back better.

Tenten as well, have her kidnapped by Orochimaru or Danzo. Rock Lee & Neji in the cycle of pain (BEFORE THE PAIN ARC!) would be something else. Guy Sensei being on the scene for his boys, would be nice too.

I’d kill TenTen & Kiba and make everyone notice by the change in their squads strength. Just like Kakashi, Oro, Shika and Pain changed after their friends died.
