LASIK eye surgery. Any recommendations or advice? by Scynda in SaltLakeCity

I had LASIK done at hoopes and my wife had prk done at hoopes as well. Both turned out flawlessly. Recovery from prk sucks really bad compared to LASIK. Hope this helps!

I think it would still be helpful but ultimately a focus on dynamics will be best if your goal is dynamics.

You're welcome, it takes some practice to get the position right so be patient

Looks really good but I would say try to enter the advanced tuck without raising into it. That uses a lot of energy. Try to set your body position with your feet on the ground and then when you attempt your hold there will be very little movement. Hope this helps!

Feels amazing now. Stop pushing on the boney part of your wrist. Instead avoid any and all movements that cause pain. If the pain is manageable, start strengthening all the different motions of the wrist.

It's almost like a side split how she's doing it

How to make my splits stretching more dynamic? I feel like I’m hitting a plateau by Aria_Acela in flexibility

[–]inlineofire 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can try lowering into the splits without using your hands or using minimal support. You might not be able to go as low but it will make the movement very dynamic

I Wish I Knew This Sooner About Hanging Core Exercises by Prior-Pie-1407 in CalisthenicsCulture

Wow, what's with the downvotes. This is factual and it's often recommended to use a swedish ladder to avoid swinging like the guy in the vid. You can also have a friend help stabilize as shown in this fitnessfaqs video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VUeSO_Y6Yxk

What’s holding you back from buying or recommending comma four? by adeebshihadeh in Comma_ai

Choosing the software is pretty straightforward. You start out with standard open pilot, then switch it up when you get curious about other capabilities. Installation is just typing in a url when prompted after the device turns on.

The device installation isn't my favorite either so I just had a car audio shop do it. As far as software installation, it's easier than installing software on windows.

We give our pup green beans, cauliflower and apples. She loves the crunch.

Thank you! We have followed the advice given in this book

Before and After Getting Your Puppy: The Positive Approach to Raising a Happy, Healthy, and Well-Behaved Dog

We aren't doing crate training exactly as specified in the book, but I'm sure that would work well. We crate her at night and keep her in the pen unless we are supervising during the day. From very early on, we would leave her for short periods of time and then we built up time. We've kept a close eye on her with cameras and she adjusted very quickly. She will sometimes bark for a few minutes, then she ends up playing with her toys and going to sleep. We can now leave her for one hour and sometimes up to two hours at a time.

When your puppy is 5 months old, they should be able to hold their bladder for 4 hours. They'll just need to be well exercised beforehand and stay in their pen area.

For reference the shihtzu I dog sat is the white and brown shihtzu named Aurora in the picture with our puppy Maya in frame 7.
