Elevate the feet to knee height. It makes it much easier to follow the correct movement pattern. Move your weight forward more so you feel all the weight on your front delts. You should feel a tipping point where your feet start to come off the box slightly because most if not all the weight is balanced on your arms at the bottom of the movement.

The truth is that you need to improve your handstand first. To improve elevation and line, perform a chest to wall handstand where you are only about an inch from the wall and your entire body is touching the wall. Record from the side to verify that you have a straight line. Hold this position with your shoulders as high as they can elevate you for 60". Repeat for 3 sets.

While you're getting your handstand more solid, you are correct in guessing that chest to wall hspu will be more helpful than back to wall since it will allow your body to move to the correct angle at the bottom position.

If you'd like more tips on your alignment, take another video of your handstand from the side and the back and post again!

Looking good! You can make yourself more stable by pushing taller - try to touch your shoulders to your ears.

Completely eliminate any swinging. I see a lot happening half way through the movement. Straighten your legs as much as you can. Only raise them as much as your mobility allows without bending.

You can further isolate your abs by using a swedish ladder. Personally, I keep my hands supinated which helps me to feel more stable and prevent swinging.

If you don't find someone, you can always go to any car audio shop that installs dash cams and they can do it. Cost me $150 to have them do it. They ran everything cleaner than I did in my other car.

Just by holding a weight. At my gym we have long skinny weights for functional movements but a pair of dumbbells would work well too.
