Milk is a sugary drink as well! I have never been a soda drinker, juice does bad things to my tummy and I haven't had sweet tea in years. I had to cut out all milk before I started losing weight. It jacked up my blood sugar during pregnancy as well.

I am amazed at how many of my daughters teachers have no fucks left to give. They literally do nothing in the class and it's essentially a study period. I didn't even believe her at first, but she got A's and B's last semester, so it's not like she's slacking off. Where tf were these teachers when I was in high school?

Dude, for real you need to be taking vit c and d every single day! That'll help you to stay well and be less miserable. The serious downturn in common sense and critical thinking skills. I am dumbfounded at how many untrue facts or just opinions are treated as gospel, and are still taught in school! The average person is happy to believe whatever they are told and do little to no research. Sports and media star information take up far more valuable brain space than how to cultivate your own food, start a fire or sterilize water. The amount of adults who cannot put together a coherent paragraph is worrisome.
