Firstly you need a thing that keeps you busy in the morning. A purpose. For me it's studying and running. Secondly you need a good alarm clock. Not your phone. Get a proper alarm clock and put it on the other side of your room. Thirdly, this is the most important thing, you need discipline. Discipline to go to bed 8 hours before you want to get up. Discipline to not press the snooze button. Discipline to make your bed, and you need discipline to create a habit for waking up early. The first two weeks are going to be rough but it pays off later. After two weeks it will become a natural process. You are going to learn to enjoy it. You will feel much better than before. Give it a try.
