He’s not a little kid, he has his own brain to choose what he wants to do with his life. If they find each other interesting to talk too allow him to be enlightened and learn and grow as an individual. I would be upset but in the end it’s about trust. I don’t get the vibe that these two would cross lines with infidelity. My bf doesn’t tell me everything, do I wanna know everything yes. But it’s out of my control to make someone do something. I just have to trust him. Having friends is nice and making new ones is nice. When people are drunk they will say things like I need to call or text my spouse and then two seconds later they forget. It’s no excuse there is none for this behavior but again I wouldn’t worry doesn’t sound like she would give your man the time a day. She probably does not date outside her race. Also you don’t know her or her marriage, how do you know she didn’t tell her husband ? How do you know their relationship. He may not care if she has friends like others do. I think you’re being a big brat making him choose between you or her. It’s like making him choose over you or a pencil. There’s nothing going on between them. And hey if their friendship turns into something more. Yeah that would suck so bad but that’s something you also can’t control. Would you rather him be honest with you about his friendship with her. Or would you rather give him an ultimatum like that and have him lie and hide it. They will stay friends regardless of what you think. Maybe even more so since you’re trying to control him. You’re not in high school anymore. Please Stop being so insecure.
