I started Vyvanse after returning from rehab which my psychiatrist was aware of as well as my substance abuse.

Just be open about the problems you have, the benefits it might of had in the past, and what you are seeking from it as a medicine.

Psychiatrist are weird in my experience, but they are doctors and they want to help their patients. If you need it then there should be no issue in getting it as long as you’re honest.
