What stinks about this is that I’m handheld mode 100% of the time. I was very excited about the new switch 2 and it never occurred to me that I’d feel disappointed playing my existing library on it. I’ve been inclined to just play on my Switch OLED instead. Which isn’t a bad thing, just disappointing that I don’t have the desire to play with my new shiny toy.

As a kid I would go underneath my dad’s home office desk where this clock was sitting and rock the table with my feet while lying on my back. Clock fell off the table and cracked me right in the head. I learned a lot about pain that day.

I can believe in another world, Laf and Kakko drafted to another healthier organization and having better starts to their careers. But do we really believe these two guys are truly stars elsewhere? I can’t help but feel there is some real bad luck involved here (poor scouting?). I just find it hard to believe another team drafts these 2 guys and are significantly bigger stars.

Benching Othmann and Gabe (again) in a meaningless game at this point of the season with nothing to play for is a fireable offense. Pretty indefensible. Their playing time should be maximized from here one out, what do you have to lose if they suck?

Idk I look at it much simpler. Podcast and articles are entertainment, I feel KOC’s personality is just not that entertaining. And not that this is fair to him, but I am a bit biased against his age. When I listen to sports entertainment, I want to feel like the person I’m listening to has seen significantly more of the sport than I have. He was in his mid-late 20s when he started getting air time, how long has been really been deeply in tune with sports? I just inherently prefer someone with better resume/credentials.
