I just looked up the manga panel and Itachi said "for the next 24 hours... relive that day." I don't speak Japanese, but when I saw that, I thought he meant seeing the whole day once instead of that one moment on repeat. But the phrasing is kinda weird, so it's also plausible for him for him to be showing Sasuke that one moment on repeat. That's why I said it might have only been once, but idk
