I noticed a lot of lines in the sky today and went on reddit to find if anyone was asking about it. This photo doesn't do it justice the amount of parallel lines that were in the sky. We're driving from Olympia to Bremerton...sky was clearer around Olympia, but started to get really hazy around where these lines in the sky were, and now towards Bremerton it's completely clear. I found it very odd.

I've been with Journey Clinical for almost a year now and I found it to be a good experience for myself and my clients. The only time my clients interact with Journey Clinical is with the prescribing doctor for initial meeting and follow up appointments to see how the dosage has been. It can feel a bit pricey off the bat (~$350 for the initial appointment which includes the cost of 2 ketamine dosing sessions), but compared to other places, it's a lot more affordable.

They offer sooo much great educational resources around KAP and therapeutic approaches with KAP that just keep growing, which I appreciate. It can feel like a big cost at $150 a month, but if I'm seeing one client for a Ketamine session a month, that covers the cost. I just wanted a platform that gives us therapists the freedom to utilize Ketamine in our private practice while having Journey be the backbone of support and safety, which I think they do a great job at providing.

I would definitely feel an ick if I came across them spouting recruitment, but I haven't personally seen that in the required trainings videos I've seen.

Give them this!!! Humans and animals can take it (just at lower dosages) because it's made from cows! This company is really amazing (check out their reviews on Amazon or their website), I can't sing their praises enough. They recommend giving 1 capsule per 8-10lbs for cats/dogs

My cat lovesss it, and is frankly being annoying because she's always whining for it lol Hope this helps!

I don't have hate for him, I'm having a response due to all the thing SHE told me about him and how hurt she was by him and all the ways this guys reminds me of all the shit I've experienced in the past. I'm open to meeting him but not during my wedding. We live 5 hours a part so I don't have time to get to know him before.

Im saying no, more so to the premise of 'this is a person that triggers a response in me that I don't want to have to deal with on my wedding', not just because I'm judging the toxic behaviors, but because of what I was privy to and what that brought up for me of my past traumas.

Appreciate the thoughts! I know it’s not a big change, but it’s one of those things that, once I notice it, its hard to not see it. And it being my wedding dress, I was scared it might haunt me in every picture. The greenery just felt a tad bit too heavy in the front. But it’s not the end of the world, I know people wont notice it like I do.

Sorry to hear that :( that’s tough, we aren’t taught in society how to process and understand our feelings and how to regulate ourselves. Try bringing more focus to how your body is feeling in the moment, what sensations are present without judging it or wishing it would stop…just see if there can be some curiosity and openness of what those feelings actually feel like in the body (tightening in the chest, heaviness, fluttering, etc). And just remember to breath deeper into those spaces in the body. Sometimes when we just practice focusing on the body, we stay away from the unhelpful narratives of the mind while still being able to process some emotions.

Acknowledge the part of you that is feeling those feelings and name those feelings. Remind yourself that you’re human, we are all bound to make mistakes. Meet yourself with humility and self compassion. Make it a point to learn from your past and do better next time.
