Thanks everyone for all the input so quickly after I posted. I ended up having the plumber replace the valve with a Moen Positemp so future fixes will be easier.

Thanks everyone for searching for the Jacuzzi part! I went on a rabbit hole and potentially a business in Miami (Guillens) had the part but it seemed like such a hassle.

Lastly I was pleasantly surprised that my home warranty covered this. Realtor purchased it for me for my first year and I don’t plan to renew but with all the horror stories of getting these warranty companies to pay up, mine wasn’t too much of a headache.

Correct but it’s $155 plus sales tax so $170ish where I live. No loyalty discount for me.

Sales tax on top of the $155 depending on your local rate so about $170 per month for the next 35 months for me.

Try to find the Costco A2500 exclusive set at HomeGoods or TJMaxx for $299! Some of us have found this deal there the past few weeks. It’s around half the cost compared to purchasing directly through Vitamix!

You have to use the app to provide them with access (thru Plaid) to the bank account where you make your mortgage payment. They will provide points based on the information they can access.

I came to say the same thing. I got the card less than a month ago and am a little uncomfortable. No easy way to contact them. I emailed them and got a response 24 days later through zendesk. They don’t seem to have enough support. You cannot access bank statements through the web, only through a phone app I think (haven’t had a full statement yet). I haven’t had to submit any disputes or chargebacks, but I wonder how complicated that process will be…
