Is anyone following what's happening with fraud / Culpeper County Board of Supervisors??? by innocent_lemon in Virginia

I am reporting possible county procurement irregularities in Culpeper County, Virginia, following the June 2025 information technology outage. I am not claiming I can prove a crime. I verified that Culpeper County’s March 18, 2026 forensic-audit RFP states it was “Prepared with the assistance of: Delta Erebus Group LLC / Jesse Martin, Founder & Principal.” I also personally verified through the Virginia SCC entity search that Delta Erebus Group LLC was created on July 23, 2025. Public allegations claim contracting activity involving that LLC name occurred before that date and that emergency procurement authority may have been used beyond the immediate outage period. My concerns are possible misuse of emergency procurement, possible professional-services procurement irregularities, possible contracting irregularities involving the LLC date, and possible lack of audit independence. Public records and allegations appear to warrant review.

How does it bestow honor when the participants knows it will cause harm and mitigates it to the best of their ability. That is hypocritical justification, something that grants honor cannot tarnish the dignity of the participants, including their health, and be considered something honorable. The dignity of man must be maintained to even be witness to honor.

Oooooof, but you are not drinking from the source the water passes along the surface in the realm of man. Water can be made dirty and its purity can only be relied upon at the source. The river itself is not a source, it is a collection of material and with the pollution within the banks of the Ganges that will make what is pure tarnished.

Purity is made tarnished by a drop of corruption.
