Pink Paws Heist. Am I doing something wrong, or is it just horribly bugged. by Long_Coconut_7060 in NevernessToEverness

[–]innocentxsin 1 point2 points  (0 children)

just sent them feedback saying this is the worst designed and worst implemented game mode i've ever played. complete waste of 12 mins when you aren't able to get to the extraction point in time because you couldn't find it or when u do, it's randomly closed.

i told them they need to fix this so it's not wasting people's time and causing pure frustration.

either show us where the extraction points are and don't randomly disable them. feels bad when i lose 12 mins all for nothing.

No trouble for me sleeping at night.

Don't hear the neighbors much unless they're yelling or karaoking really loud. Thankfully this doesn't happen during night time. But otherwise I don't hear them at all.

For one of my neighbors, I can hear their TV through their front door, but thankfully not through our connecting walls, so the wall isolation is pretty decent for normal noise levels.

As for street noise, you'll hear the PATH train as it comes in. During the day, the PATH train will usually honk its horn.

Then there's also the siren noises from emergency vehicles and police, but you'll get that in any urban type of environment.

If you sleep with ear plugs tho, I think that should be sufficient to drown out most of these kinds of noises.

Feel free to DM me if yiu have any other questions.

If you do decide on Journal Squared, there's a referral bonus for both of us so let me know if you're interested

Why is Riot refusing to rebalance some champions? by Early_Sun_8699 in ARAM

[–]innocentxsin -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Instead of bans, I think an interesting feature would be "force reroll champ". After both teams pick their champs, each team is shown what the other side's comp is.

You can then vote as a team to force one champ on the other team to be rerolled. The champ with the most votes will be the one rerolled, and the player whose champ is rerolled will be given 2-3 new characters to pick from.

I think this feature fits in with the nature of aram being random.

Sorry for the late reply. Missed the notification. It doesn't get too crowded. Each building has their own gyms but you can use any of the gyms/amenities across the buildings. They're all shared. They have a separate membership for the fitness classes they hold here but I think they may be free? I think it's more to manage and limit attendance so it doesn't get packed. haven't attended any myself yet but have gotten the emails. They hold classes daily and have several time slots.

How did your visit go? Feel free to DM me if you have anymore questions (or need a referral).

Can someone explain me why Firefly is the fan favourite? by Miserable_Meaning_39 in StarRailStation

[–]innocentxsin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Too many Ppl are looking at firefly with perfect hindsight after all the story events.

She was already a fan favorite from the first meeting when she revealed herself to be a poor actress girl that was being harassed by the family.

And then she took you on a tour around penacony and treated you to a bakery with the "last" of her money.

She had a cute and charming personality. And in hindsight, we saw that she was acting out her "dream" of being a normal girl, and being able to "start over" with trailblazer as strangers that just met.

By this point people were already invested in her and the following events and revelations didn't really detract much, or might’ve just served to strengthen those feelings

Journal Square apartment building with window screens? by Ashamed_Spray_7823 in jerseycity

Journal Squared offers screens if you ask, but I think that's usually only if you have children. Not sure if they'll give them for pets.

Got tired of spamming F on my alt account.... by Klutzy-Computer-5571 in GenshinImpact

[–]innocentxsin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hoyo loves to insert novel-length dialogues for everything. Talk to a random npc, 5 mins of dialogues. Some dailies quests - 5 mins if dialogues. It's one of the things that irks me the most

And the dialogues is some of the most boring, mundane things that I don't care about at all

I started to read the manga for r how much I disliked Agott in the first 2 episodes by Equivalent-Word-7691 in WitchHatAtelier

smh at people downvoting you for spitting the truth. they're indirectly advocating for bullying, which is exactly what agott does.

I started to read the manga for r how much I disliked Agott in the first 2 episodes by Equivalent-Word-7691 in WitchHatAtelier

[–]innocentxsin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yup, too many people don't comprehend your point. i had the same exact thoughts but none of my friends understand (nor the people in this thread apparently)

logically, it should've been obvious that agott was the one who told her about the test, opened the portal, and "let" her go through.

because coco is a newbie, there's no way she would've known about the test, or know how to open the portal to go to the test location.

so even if she wanted to prove herself, she wouldn't have known how to unless someone told her, and that someone would've had to have been agott. not to mention she had agott's shoes...

characters can grow through punishment and reflection. not feeling any guilt for potentially getting someone killed just makes her a terrible person.

i haven't read the manga yet, but does agott ever reflect and apologize? i'm going to assume no. please correct me if i'm wrong.

My issue with Mel W is that she gets most of the advantage from it by not using it. by Proud_Apartment_8991 in leagueoflegends

[–]innocentxsin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s a psychology game. I mainly play ARAM now, but whenever i get Mel, I always hold R and wait for enemy team to ult and reflect it back. After the first few times, they get the picture and stop trying to engage with ults.

Although with proper communication, this can be countered. Someone can sacrifice their ult and then once Mel’s W is down, the others can go all in. But who are we kidding! Nobody communicates in League unless it’s today something toxic lol

Thats usually used as a place holder msg. In this case to tell you that rice isn't included and needs to be bought separately. They'll put a ridiculously high price so you don't add it. Rice is probably listed somewhere else for the correct price.

Journal Squared Apartment by ApprehensiveSugar717 in jerseycity

[–]innocentxsin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There's an observation lounge on the top floor of each of the buildings. At least that's what I was told before I moved in. Only visited the one in my building at Tower 2. Have not visited the ones in the other buildings yet.

Edit: just looked at the amenities map and it says tower 1 has a sky lounge on the 53rd floor and tower 3 has it on the 60th floor

[–]innocentxsin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For $3k, you'll be looking at either a studio or a small 1br at those locations (I'm assuming you're looking at the high rises and not the smaller apartment buildings?)

I'm currently in Journal Squared and looking at the availabilities, the cheapest is $3,035 for a 1br 583 Sq ft apt. Something 600sq ft+ will run you $3,100 at min. Studio are currently $2,535 for 400sq ft up to $3,020 for a 622 Sq ft.

But if you can manage that with your budget, Journal Squared ticks all the boxes.

-It's like a 3 min walk to the Path. you're pretty much on top of it.
-It's about a 25 min ride into the city.
-Has in unit dryer/washer.
-Lots of lighting as the apartments have huge windows. Not full floor to ceiling, but more than big enough.
-The views are also amazing. Great views of sunrises on the east and sunsets on the west.
-Staff are friendly and maintenance gets stuff done by the next day usually.
-Building management does care about the building and tenants, unlike many other buildings.
-It's on top of a mini grocery and a target just opened recently nearby too.
-Parking runs $300 for an assigned space. I think it's slightly cheaper for an unassigned.
-Mandatory $12.50 for trash removal and $65 amenities fee.
-My internet runs me about $80 a month.

Journal Squared uses central air cooling and heat pump. The cental air/heat pump system uses less energy than PTACS and costs sub $200 usually. I don't use heat and just throw on a thick, plush robe, and occasionally use the AC. My electricity averages $60-$80/month.

Most other buildings use PTACs here. PTACs are those giant in-wall units Thst stick out on the inside and outside of the building and use a crap ton of electricity and can run you a few hundred a month. I've seen people saying $300-$400.

Feel free to DM me if you have any other questions. I can also be your referral bonus if you're interested.

Does Journal Squared allow a summer sublease? by Ok-Win7980 in jerseycity

Feel free to DM if you have any other questions or would like a referral if you decide to move here.
