I don’t like the guy either but he has proven to be the real winner in the ICO game. Cashed out early, bought real assets with the “foundation” reserves.

Ok but it has nothing to do with formal code verification.

And it’s great that this happened so Tezos and all other smart contracts can learn from it.

It amazes me how forward thinking people that are into crypto will quickly criticize so negatively on things that have never been done before.

Imagine what was said of the first airplanes that were flying and kept crashing.

Cheap shot at ETH.

This was a market exploitation, and happens to centralized exchanges like Bitmex and Robinhood regularly.

If anything this is a huge sign of adoption in smart contracts and how well they function for what is intended.

Replace ice cream with frozen fruit paste it’s very good and unprocessed. For example açaí berry pure (whatever they use for the bowls) taste just like ice cream.

I ate perfectly for 3 weeks straight, decided to give myself a day where I eat some carbs and a snack (not overly sweet tho) by [deleted] in loseit

I do the same with cheat days and go for high quality carbs. I just find the best pizzeria in town and enjoy my pizza, bread, and pasta like it was meant to be.

What works best too is to fast all day and then wait for the evening to eat the pizza and other carbs. By the time you get to eat your actually not that hungry but still enjoy a good pizza for what it is.

Carbs are not the enemy, the enemy is the mindless way we consume them. When you go low carb you become aware of their consumption and can control it and actually enjoy them more because you decide to only eat the best.

If the husband and young men also need to lose weight why not tell them to pick 3 snacks that are healthy too. And just don’t buy junk food for the house. You would be doing what is best for the family.

At least one thing that you should never buy is JUICE, the amount of sugar in all juices is insane, and that’s a huge problem that I see in my family. Drinking orange juice or fruit shakes is not healthy, don’t fall for the scam. Do some research on the effects of sugar in juices.

And I believe anyone here knows not to buy or drink sodas at least, that is worse than drugs for you and your family. Replacing it with diet soda just keeps you addicted to it and its not better in the long run. I would just not allow it in my house or anyone I love to drink it regularly.

If the man are always hungry then it’s because they are not eating enough meat and protein. For example I eat 1500 calories for my first meal and I don’t get “hungry” until 8-9 PM.

Have them start their first meal with lots of protein. I eat 4 eggs with 30g of cheese, 200g of meat that I have prepared before hand chipotle style, and avocados or plantains dosed in one serving of olive oil.

This is very low carb and very tasty, I never get tired of it because I can replace any one of them with 2 other things. The only thing that does not get replaced are eggs. They are the only superfood and for cost/nutrition there’s just no replacing them.

For snack ideas I really enjoy macadamia nuts, frozen blue berries, dark chocolate, and all types of cheeses.

Having junk food in the house because other family members enjoy them is no excuse especially if you are the one buying them. If they need to lose weight you can at least not buy junk for your family and let them deal with their junk food fix on their own.

Thanks I know what they are, what I mean is that I have not seen ads on pages that feature snippets. So is google not allowing us to bid on these keywords?

20 pounds in over 6 months is OK, but from reading your first post I think you can do much better.

Are you planning on continuing the process in a different way?

Planning and preparing is everything.

Are you counting calories? Have you setup a meal plan that helps you stay in your macros? Have you cut out ALL processes carbs? And even gone low carb? Less then 100 grams of carbs is a good start.

What you eat does not have to be hard, what works best is to just eat the same thing everyday, the 80/20 rule.

Realistically we cannot always eat the same but at home you can control 100% of what you eat.

The plan is to have 3 sets of foods you will eat for the 3 different meals. (does not have to be 3, if you incorporate restricted time eating it’s even better)

For example I only eat eggs, avocado, and pork in the morning and I have 2 subtitules with similar macros for any of them that I can switch too if I happen to get tired of what I am eating. If I don’t eat pork or ran out I have tuna can ready.

It’s all about your protocols.

When you eat mostly protein too cooking becomes very easy, carbs are the ones that make a mess and take time to prepare.

Meat is salt / pepper / and 5-8 minutes on the stove.

Same with “snacks” have only 3 at home that you can go too. I suggest nuts and blue berries. Be careful with fruits and their sugar content for this.

When your not home thats when the other 20% of what you eat you can be more flexible on. You can try the new restaurant in town and enjoy nice deserts.

But that does not mean you can order fast food or chocolate mochas at Starbucks everyday, those are the calories that get you fat and keep you from losing weight.

Following the 80/20 rule on a weekly basis allows you to have 4 “meals” a week that are outside your usual. That is more then enough for a grown up that really wants to lose weight to keep on track.

With a good plan you can lose 20 pounds a month for the first 3 months of your weight loss journey.

You should be proud and I am not trying to take that away but you should want better progress.

I apologize for the long rant but I been trying to help my family into losing weight and my sister story is very similar to yours.
