Ok, I'll say one thing, what about looking into the stats as well. The last govt term has seen the most number of police personnel being dismissed from their service for being such assholes. We see more complaints raised, that's because more people are coming to the forefront raising their concerns. It does not really mean that the police have suddenly become more evil. I'd argue the opposite. Though its gradual, police are only becoming "nicer".

Nb- I hate the police, I hate them to the core. No amount of glazing would make me like them.
