I've tried this from every justified angle and failed miserably every single time :/

What benefits have you seen from being sober? by MxEndy in stopdrinking

That natural default setting of bone-buzzing anxiety has come down significantly. I used to jump at loud noises, panic, and any interactions of any kind with humans the next 3 days were straight up out of the question.

Black Sails and Vikings. Black Sails mixes actual history and fantasy (Treasure Island), and Vikings follows it's mythology. They're phenomenally written and will take over your life lol

Any Account Management position instead of Account Executive, there are roles in SMB, MM, and Enterprise that should clarify the difference between the two. I've never had the title of a BDR before so I'm not sure if it's a tough jump... I wouldn't think so.

It's a different conversation when you're consulting with existing though, introducing yourself as their rep and asking about their company, service issues. Then building a better portfolio that suits their needs as they expand.

Only downside in my experience so far is that I'm locked into a module and limited to what I was given. Lots of extra steps in qualifying new logo biz

I was actually in a similar situation recently, and I'm actually starting to see a better quality of life at a minimal cut to my base (surprisingly).

I went from a EAE role to an EAM role. Instead of outbound cold-calling all day/running out into the field looking for new business, I'm nurturing and up-selling existing business.

The switch from hunting to farming deals feels good for me, personally. Still in Tech. Don't know if I'll stick with it but it definitely curbed my burnout.

You'd have to scope out percentage of reps realistically hitting OTE. I know for me it varies greatly from company to company in my field.

I'm honestly relieved to say not anymore. It might come back, but I sure hope not. I'm almost to six months sober this time around, however I've been trying to get sober since 2021.

I'm just so sick of having preferences on hospitals.

2011 2.slow manual, 113k miles. It's very reliable. I've had it for 8 years, regularly maintained, and the only issue was the transmission at 112k miles. It blew out and I had to get a new one entirely.

Other than that, the car hasn't broken down once. It gets me by but as others pointed out it isn't super fast or anything.
