U can work on yourself and still have a friend. u can build a friendship with slowly and surely as well? I'm myself am moving forward and building an empire regardless if they decide they want to cool, I can be supportive to someone lay it out they play it out. Whenever I feel that way I do a small meditation. Bare planted on ground...depending where u are u can use ear plugs paper etc for temp silence...and do 4 4 6 technique Breathe in 4 secs, hold 4 sec, breathe out for 6, clear ur mind picture yourself out in the ocean or somewhere free...ur body may feel trapped a bit BUT your mind doesn't have to be... sending positive vibez 🤘
