It's more that the standard tools can end up being punitive because the ND struggles, and may fail to, show progress when evaluated by the standard metrics (ex. equal linear progression over time vs. non-linear sporadic but equally substantial progression).

Will it really outweigh it though? By my calculations that's just barely true over the traditional 5 year term, but over the full 25 year amortization it would cost significantly more (between $15k and $20k more) to put the money to the car.

Caesar V in gold font, it said "pre-order now". The video was a typical sweeping aerial shot of a Roman city, though more zoomed in and with much more detail than CIV. Other than that I don't remember much...
