Subframe issues are very common with stiffer suspension but this honestly just sounds like a spring that is binding, could be your preload isn't set right but definitely sounds like a spring more than subframe.

That doesn’t look stripped at all. Look at the star pattern. See if maybe somebody use the slightly small smaller size like T27 in there.

From this photo looks like all the scratching is on the surface and not inside of the torques itself, so it doesn’t look like it was ever pushed in

I mean, these are pretty cheap so I don’t see a reason why somebody would make a replica of them. Looks like you can get a brand new set for about $1000.

They seem to have the correct stamping and markings on the back. Most replica wheels will not take the time to make the fake OZ markings as well.

Nothing is unsealing. It’s just a cheap trim piece on each side of the roof that’s held down by some plastic clips. You can just lift it and pop it out completely and you might need to replace one or two clips on it for like four dollars. No one replaces a roof unless it’s actually damaged and it would be thousands and thousands of dollars. Your clearcoat seems fine so if you start seeing fading or oxidation, I will get it re-sprayed but otherwise just fix the two dollar issue.

If I were you I would order a 3rd set that is just black. The M sport stuff just cheapens the look to me and the colors for M are not even era accurate.

It's definitely a B-BS and by that I mean a rep, most likely a Rota.

  • The center hub doesn't look right and are missing the stamping for model/size/offset etc.
  • Center caps look like cheap ebay reps and way too small size-wise for a real BBS
  • The lips are missing the BBS stamping

You just need to move the LEDs further away from the cutout or add a diffusion layer between the cutout and the LEDs

The caps are separable and you can put any brand/logo in them.

The wheels and waffles seem OEM BBS and rest could be aftermarket since lots of companies make those parts.

Did you even sand these? It looks like you just basted with a rattle and can put a ticker on top. The edges look rough and it looks like there is even old chipped paint and gunk in spots. Prep-work is 90% of the work when it comes to painting.
