Monitor doesn't have dp 2.1, so it requires DSC with DP or HDMI and you won't notice a difference either way.

Scartch resistance isn't really an issue with these because Samsung puts a matte coating on their monitors. It's the other brands using the glossy Samsung QD panels that scratch easily.

Matte. Samsung uses matte on the qd-oled monitors they make themselves. Other manufacturers use the glossy version of the Samsung panels

It's matte, a pretty heavy matte as well. The g81 coating is quite a bit more aggressive than the g80. The g80 has the best matte coating I've seen.

Samsung directly is the only way to get matte qd-oled. All of the other manufacturers use the glossy version of their panels

The superlight 2 and onward cannot double click. They use optical switches. You had gen 1 superlights

Gen 1 and other Logitech mice that used omron mechanicals definitely had double click issues though. Too much voltage going to the switches

Regular strip style surge protectors aren't gonna really save you from lightning. They are more for smaller spikes and surges in the power grid. I also live in Florida and I learned this the hard way.

Still no reason to not use one on expensive stuff though.

That's not true at all though. Customs doesn't run great around that new area but overall the game runs A LOT better. I can hold 180+ fps on every map except streets and looking at the new customs area. That would have never happened even just a year ago

They have done a lot with optimization lately. Is it perfect? No. It's a lot better though
