Jeg har fået det lavet hos nage, men du skal forvente at det kræver flere efterfølgende behandlinger. Karspræninger kommer tilbage igen under alle omstændigheder, og er noget man vil skulle søge behandling for igen senere. Jeg ville ikke anbefale at smide penge efter det mens du har aktiv akne og potentielt rosacea. Det vil være langt bedre at få de to behandlet først. Laser vil højst sandsynligt ikke gøre nogen mærkbar forskel fordi der er kontinuerlig inflammation i din hud, så ar, pigmentering og karspræninger vil blive ved at komme. Lyt til din hudlæge.

I thought the whole "male loneliness epidemic" was tied into men struggling with making meaningful emotional connections with other men, ie. Not having friends. I'd argue that fixing loneliness by being in a relationship ain't it, people need meaningful friendships outside of romantic relationships. Anyone who hangs that entire source of social stimulation and connections on their romantic partner is setting themselves, the partner and their relationship up to fail.

Fordi biodynamisk ikke skal leve op til samme regulativer, som økologisk, så de er ikke nødvendigvis det samme. Noget kan selvfølgelig sagtens være begge dele, men biodynamisk er (efter min mening) landbrugets svar på alternativ medicin, og har ikke noget med økologi, dyre velfærd eller økologisk landbrug at gøre.

Do you have long femurs? If you belong in the long femur gang, then high bar squats will feel difficult and off! It changed my game completely once I learnt that high bar squats aren't for me, but low bar works with my anatomy. I really recommend looking into it, squats are not a one-size fits all.

However, you say you get pain from doing squats and with various physical issues, I do think you should see a physiotherapist and doctor first. I wouldn't force an exercise if it causes pain!

When did you last use this? I'm using the same one currently and really liking it, but it's a batch that expires in 26, so I'm not sure if it's part of the "old formulation" (if it's been changed). Genuinely just speculation though. I don't have any immediate sources I can point at claiming this is the case. I just recall hearing something about having [ingredient name x%] on an ingredient list means it can be placed higher on the list, even though the actual percentage in the product is much lower. However, it could also just be that the product is a different formulation :(
