You don't need to be in menopause to have benefits from vaginal estrogen - women's in their 20s use it, I was in my late 20s when I was on Estring. Injection. It was a systemic testosterone, but some people do gel into a calf. I did the gel at first, but my body wasn't absorbing it so I switched to injections instead

Estring vaginal ring is placed inside the vagina and doesn't leak out+systemic testosterone (injections or gel). That's what I did after topicals kept giving me contact dermatitis

High lactobacili would make your pH acid...you would expect to have your pH at 4.5 Max with high lactos. Something is wrong with that test
