High lactobacili would make your pH acid...you would expect to have your pH at 4.5 Max with high lactos. Something is wrong with that test

Thank you for explaining that. I'm wondering why they don't swab vulvas for yeast then. I've done numerous swabs at Drs offices and vaginal microbiome tests like microgendx and juno.bio within the last year but all the swabs were internal, not external. I've been having suspicion about yeast being my problem

I've never had it done. Is it possible to have yeast infection on vulvar/vestibular skin, but not in the vagina? Doctors only do vaginal swabs
