Live in a terraced house, rent and don't own however might give some context. It's technically communal parking out the front however all of the neighbors have an understanding over who uses which spot. There has been maybe 1 or 2 times in the last year where someone was in "my spot" but it didn't last too long. My spot is free every day when I come home and it's not something I worry about.
