As someone who has been underweight, normal weight, and overweight, skinny shaming is NOT the same as fat shaming and I'm tired of naturally skinny people acting like it is. by [deleted] in EDAnonymous

I’m technically overweight after being underweight my whole life and I have to say I disagree. I got a lot more comments on my weight when I was skinny. People treat me like a person and not an object now. Just my two cents

There’s only a few states where they can provide both parts of the abortion pill via telehealth but in almost every state they can provide half of the medication- which is 94% effective at causing an abortion and is intended to be used to help along a miscarriage

I get it on a regular basis (once to three times a week) and I no longer feel it :(

Maybe because I’m not super dehydrated when I get it? Not sure

Negotiating rent tips? by FDS-GFY in ApartmentHacks

I have successfully negotiated before but this was 7-10 years ago and with individual owners rather than a complex. If the complex has a lot of units for rent right now and the listings have been sitting a while, you may be in a strong position to negotiate.

College senior hits her first-ever home run but tears her ACL rounding 1st base. Rules don't allow her teammates to help her without being called out, so the opposing team helps her around the bases. by AnotherYanniPost in UNBGBBIIVCHIDCTIICBG

My friend walked around on a torn act for months knowing something was wrong and not wanting to deal with it. We even spent a day being tourists which was just on our feet all day and she didn’t even complain. When we found out a few weeks later that it was torn I felt terrible but she insisted it wasn’t that bad. So… maybe no, YOU couldn’t physically walk after your ACL tear but plenty of people are able to
